There can be determined the following penalties, depending on the seriousness of the offense and the agent's fault: ∙ Loss of objects belonging to the agent; ∙ Ban on practicing professions or activities whose exercise depends on public title or authorization or public authority approval; ∙ deprivation of the right to subsidies or benefits granted by public entities or services; ∙ prohibition of the right to participate in fairs or markets; ∙ ∙ Ban on participating in auctions or tenders which have as their object the contract or concession of public works, supply of public goods and services and the granting of licenses or permits; ∙ ∙ establishing Closing whose operation is subject to authorization or administrative authority license; ∙ ∙ Suspension of authorizations, licenses and permits.
By law, it is expected the following penalties:
- The practice of any discriminatory act, under the law by a natural person, is punishable administrative offense to a graduated fine between one and five times the highest minimum monthly wage, without prejudice to civil liability or other penalties imposed are instigated;
- The practice of any discriminatory act provided for by law for collective private law person is punishable administrative offense to a graduated fine between two and ten times the highest minimum monthly wage, without prejudice to any liability or application of other sanction are instigated;
- In case of recidivism, the minimum and maximum limits are increased to double;
- Where the administrative offense results from the omission of a duty, the application of sanctions and payment of the fine does not free the offender's compliance, if it is still possible.
