Are there support programs for young people to rent a house?

Yes. Any young person, older than 18 years old and younger than 30 years old, can have access to "Porta 65", a structured program to support renting of accommodations.
Port 65 supports young people renting apartments for permanent residence, giving as a monthly grant a percentage of the rent value. This program wants to stimulate more independent lifestyles for young people (alone, with family or cohabiting).
This program is intended for young people older the 18 years old and younger than 30 years old, given that, in the case of young couples, one of the elements can be up to 32 years.
Financial support is paid 12 times, so young people can take advantage up to a maximum of 36 consecutive months or un-sequential.
